Had my induction at Wimbledon today. It took 2 buses and then walking around the perimeter of the whole thing (amongst some contemplating whether to climb over a fence or not) to get to the right gate. Got my oh-so-sexy green uniform and staff pass, stuffed ketchup into a dispenser and did lots of confused walking around. Got home knackered and that was only after like 3 hours. The next 2 weeks are gonna be harrrrrrd =(
Saw some tennis players but had no idea at all who they were. I know nothing about tennis.
Interesting fact: The 2 weeks of Wimbledon are responsible for a quarter of annual Pimm's sales. That's loooooooooooads!

Tomorrow I have my induction for working at Wimbledon tennis malarkey and have to wake up at 7:30 - URGH. And it'll probably be even earlier when I'm actually working. Oh god...
Was horrified at train fares but have realised that I can get 2 buses there and so Oyster card will cap the fare. Halves the cost =)

I got a distinction for my foundation course - whooooo! =) The year was worth it after all!
Back from the roadtrip which was funnnnnnnn. Highlights:

• Little Chef merchandise
• Getting COMPLETELY soaked in the rain on the way to a club. Like we'd been swimming with our clothes on...
• Having an awesome drunken night at aforementioned club
  
• Matt's gypsy bow
• Exeter's seethrough showers. Weird.
  
• Buying every single meal from a shop
• Going to the beach
• Giant pizzas
• Winning girls vs boys Trivial Pursuit despite the boys' boasting hehehe

I went to Brick Lane with some friends today on a hunt for artiness and exhibitions. Unfortunately this was not as abundant as I thought it'd be. I thought Brick Lane had random arty stalls along it and stuff...or have I got that completely wrong? There wasn't really anything except from vintage stores and Indian restaurants and the galleries we did find were very small and empty... Did we go on the wrong day or something? I've come home very confused...
Silver lining:

There was also this one shop that was painted neon orange and there were 3 cats inside =)
